REFUNDS

If you are unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate is always welcome. Simply email jonnie.jensen@socialmediatrainingteam.com with the new delegate's name and email address.

Any cancellations must be made in writing and received by Social Media Training Team no later than 10 working days before the event commences - all bookings are binding thereafter. All cancelletations are subject to a £50 service fee and will be made within 30 days of notice being received.

Travel arrangements and transport disruptions are not the responsibility of The Social Media Training Team. Events will commence at the scheduled time and normal cancellations policy applies.

The Social Media Training Team may on occasion be required through reasons beyond its control to alter the notifed schedule, venue or timing of events. All participants will be notified by email and telephone in the event of such alterations.
